LOOKING BACK AT 2020
he year 2020 was
a year that will live
in infamy for our
Library, our community,
our nation, and our world.
2020 saw the temporary
closure of many businesses
and services, and the
reinvention of those same
services as all struggled
to survive during a
pandemic. The Library was
not immune to this and
we were forced to close
our doors to the public
for an extended period,
not once, but twice – an
unprecedented action in
the history of the Library.
The Library had spent
many years developing a
robust online platform and
collection for our customers
that became a blessing at
